Michael has written business plans across virtually every category the firm serves - investor-ready plans for angel and VC raises, SBA and bank loan packages, immigration and visa petitions, and expansion and growth plans for franchise applicants, commercial lease approvals, and strategic planning.
His plans are built on the same strategic frameworks he has applied as an operator - having co-founded and scaled KeyMetric, Adoozle, and Agital to multi-million dollar growth, and co-founded Hall of Tarot, an AI-powered platform serving over one million users monthly worldwide.
